Katherine Dolphin Griffin lost her Dad to cancer on World Cancer Day February 4th 2017. A cancer survivor herself, she had already, from a very young age dealt with a plethora of life altering challenges.

In a bid to survive the tsunami of emotions she felt herself facing, Katherine had to revisit her past to find all her strengths and weaknesses and mar them together in a bid to create the tools she needed to cope going forward.

The manner in which she taught herself to look at change with the correct approach is both inspirational and up-lifting. In a simplistic and matter of fact way, she demonstrates that in the midst of the most challenging of times, there always remains hope. Hope that will encourage you to push through the hard times, hope to help you move forward and hope, most importantly, to cope.

A heartfelt, honest and relatable read for anyone who has experienced change due to illness, grief or separation at all levels. It can be purchased solely or would make a fabulous addition to a gift box.

We are very proud to be associated with Katherine's book and hope you will help us, to help her, reach her target for these incredibly important and deserving charities.
